We offer to all beginners these blades ready to be assembled, coming from Made in France, 100% Thiernoise manufacture: they were made in high-end steel from Sweden straight; 14C28N stainless steel which was tempered up to 57 HRC then polished, all in advance. More precisely, this stainless steel grade guarantees an exceptional edge, excellent corrosion resistance, and excellent sharpening skills, all the ideal features for a table knife! In short, the most delicate steps for a cutlery have already been carried out according to the processes indicated by Alleima.All you have to do is make the final assembly of the knife and finally sharpen!
