Morta is a very special essence, well known to cutlery. Also known as "fossil oak", it refers to a wood in the process of fossilisation, preserved in anoxic medium: deprived of oxygen, the gasoline in question begins to mineralize. Morta is an imputrescible wood, the polishing of which reveals all the qualities, from its colour to its veining. It will sublimate all types of knives, from the most modest to the most ambitious.
