• - Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel tempered blade. It is marked with the new Eurotechni logo, a rhinoceros.
• - Two stainless steel plates X6Cr17(430) (dimensions 104 x 29 mm)
• - A spring already tempered in stainless steel X20Cr13 (420).
• - X6Cr17(430) stainless steel rivets for knife assembly.
• - A pair of natural olive wood pads.
• - A genuine leather case.

The blade is made of 12c27M stainless steel from the world-famous Swedish manufacturer Sandvik. It is soaked according to a suitable heat treatment process which increases its hardness, resistance to external aggression and oxidation. Finally, this treatment guarantees the blade a high cutting power after sharpening.

The plates, the frame of your LE MINEUR knife, are made of stainless steel X6Cr17(430), a steel that maintains flexibility and strength.

The spring of your KIT COUTEAU IN KIT HOME BLADE - THE MINOR is stainless steel X20Cr13(420), a steel that allows good flexibility in all circumstances.

The spring has been subjected to a special soaking process which gives it the flexibility necessary to open and close the blade without it risking to break.
