The electric quench furnace FT-230 is manufactured in Italy by the company Prederi Vittorio & Figli, specialist in heat treatment furnaces. The model FT-230 is a unique quench furnace: compact, at a controlled price, it allows the thermal treatment of small parts.

A compact and efficient electric quench furnace.

The electric quench furnace FT-230 will satisfy all cutlery. As with other tempering furnaces of Prederi Vittorio & Figli, the FT-230 quench furnace reaches the maximum temperature of 1100°C in about 20 minutes, and maintains it accurately and consistently. It is therefore suitable for the thermal treatment of the vast majority of carbon and stainless steel grades usually used in cutlery. The tempering oven FT-230 is not very cumbersome: it measures 430 x 310 x 470 mm, for a weight of 20 kg: very easy to fit in a cutlery workshop! The dimensions of its internal chamber (230 mm deep x 100 mm wide x 80 mm high) make it ideal for heat treatment of small blades and parts.

The electric quench furnace FT-230 is designed to be connected to a domestic power outlet: with 1.4 Kw power, it is energy-efficient.

Easy to program and use.

Soak furnaces manufactured by the company Prederi Vittorio & Figli it is common to be easy to use: each oven ordered comes with its instructions for use (in french), as well as its certificate of conformity and test results dated and signed by the company. Delivered free in France and Europe!

The FT-230 quench furnaces will be shipped free of charge to the delivery address you have indicated in your customer area. Simply choose "Shipped oven" when ordering: Eurotechni takes care of the rest! After receiving your order, the tempering ovens are tested, prepared and shipped to J+3 about (working days). Delivery times in France are about a week at pallet shipping. Since the logistics used for the shipment of the tempering furnaces are different from our usual packages, we may need a little extra time: we will not fail to inform you!
