The electric quench furnace FT-550 is the ideal companion of the cutlery who wants to have absolute control over its thermal treatments. Made in Italy by Prederi Vittorio & Figli, the FT-550 quench furnaces shine with their technical capabilities and low energy consumption.

A powerful and versatile tempering oven.

The electric quench furnace FT-550 can reach the maximum temperature of 1100°C in a short time: this makes it able to process most of the grades of carbon steel and stainless steel usually used in cutlery. Now the temperature chosen with absolute precision and spreading the heat evenly in its internal chamber, the quench furnace FT-550 will quickly be adopted by the cutlery! The tempering oven FT-550 is also quite compact, measuring 755 x 375 x 580 mm for a total weight of 45 kg. It will be easy to find him a place in your workshop!

The dimensions of its internal chamber will allow you to soak all types of parts: it measures 550 mm in depth, for a width and a height of 100 mm. Ideal for small and large blades!

Power and energy consumption of the FT-550.

The FT-550 quench furnace is designed to operate on domestic power outlets: with a power of 2.5 Kw, the FT-550 consumes little energy and functions silently.

Each FT-550 quench furnace is tested before being shipped: in addition to a notice of use (in French) and the certificate of conformity, a test certificate dated and signed by Prederi will show you the temperatures and test times to which your oven has been subjected.

A free oven shipped throughout Europe!

The FT-550 tempering ovens will be shipped to you free of charge, at the delivery address you have indicated in your customer area. Simply choose "Shipped oven" when ordering: Eurotechni takes care of the rest! After receiving your order, the tempering ovens are tested, prepared and shipped to J+3 about (working days). Delivery times in France are about a week at pallet shipping. Since the logistics used for the shipment of the ovens are different from our usual packages, we may need a little extra time to keep you informed!
