The FT-Pro quench furnace is one of the largest models of ovens offered by Prederi Vittorio & Figli, specialist in the field since 1960. A robust and highly versatile tempering oven, which will allow you to heat up large blades (such as axes) or small parts in series. To be reserved for the most demanding cutlery!

A high-quality quenching oven for maximum performance.

The FT-Pro quench furnace is one of Prederi's highest-end quench furnaces. As it can reach a temperature of 1100°C in short time, it is able to maintain it with absolute precision and constant uniformity. Robust, the FT-Pro measure 700 x 500 x 650 mm, for a total weight of 70 kg. The dimensions of its internal chamber make it able to handle all types of parts: it is 400 mm deep, with a width of 200 mm and a height of 140 mm.

The FT-Pro operates on 230 V single-phase voltage, and has a power of 4 Kw. Each tempering oven is scrupulously tested by Prederi before being sent. Thus, in addition to a notice of use (in French) and a certificate of conformity, your tempering oven will be delivered with the certificate of test, dated and signed by the company, detailing the test protocol to which it has been subjected (temperatures and heating times).

The FT-Pro tempering ovens will be shipped free of charge to the delivery address you have indicated in your customer area. Simply choose "Shipped oven" when ordering: Eurotechni takes care of the rest! After receiving your order, the tempering ovens are tested, prepared and shipped to J+3 about (working days). Delivery times in France are about a week at pallet shipping. Since the logistics used for the shipment of the ovens are different from our usual packages, we may need a little extra time to keep you informed!
