Blades ready to be assembled!

We offer beginners these blades ready to be assembled, resulting from an entirely French manufacture, exclusively Thiernoise. They were forged from high-end steel, imported from Sweden, 14C28N stainless steel, tempered up to 57 HRC, then polished. This steel grade ensures an exceptional edge, remarkable corrosion resistance and excellent sharpening capabilities, ideal for a table knife. The most delicate steps of the process, in accordance with the'Alleima, have already been completed. All you have to do is make the final assembly and sharpen the knife.
