Manufacturing process

Paper sheets are stacked by hand, alternating the sense of paper to achieve the best possible balance and stability. They are then pressed hot to bind them and obtain a robust material. This process allows us to have a machined plate (drilling, taping, etc.) while being dense, homogeneous and vacuum-free. But also bring a china and soft aesthetic with a feeling of leather under the hand.

This innovative material is part of new applications such as furniture, restaurant tables, worktops, kitchen doors, signage, coating or knife handles!
